What Is The Best Way To Consolidate My Debt? I Have A Mortgage And Want To Refinance, add My Debt To New Loan?

by Jim on Feb.08, 2010, under Debt Relief help

I have a $530,000 all-interest mortgage loan. I am interested in refinancing soon, (if it is a good time to do so?) Should I refinance and add my $15,000 of personal debt to my new loan? Or should I get a personal loan for $15,000 from my bank?

How Does Temperature Affect The Burning Of Calories And Weight Loss?

by Jim on Feb.08, 2010, under Weight Loss Tips for Everybody

Some people assume that exercising in a hot environment causes you to burn more calories and loss more weight, but it seems to me that would just be water weight lost through sweating. However, if you exercise in colder temperatures, wouldn’t that cause you to burn more calories, as your body must work harder to maintain our relatively high body temperatures?
